Ganesh Himal Singla Pass Trek offers an astonishing view of the Ganesh Himal massif, Manaslu, and the Langtang range. In this trek, visitors can also explore abundant flora and fauna, and magnificent village scenery with wonderful customs and traditions. Singla Pass is the main attraction of this trek. Near the Singla pass, trekkers could see the beautiful panoramic mountain views of the Langtang ranges, Ganesh Himalaya ranges, Manaslu Ranges, and little Annapurna Himal. Flora, Fauna, waterfalls, and Sheep and goat huts are amazing and also the main attraction of this trek.

Ganesh Himal can be seen from the Kathmandu Valley and it stands in between the Manaslu Himalayan range and Budi Gandaki valley in the west. The seven to eight-hour-long drive begins from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi. The next day, we will begin our trek to Gatlang.

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival.(1,300m/4,264ft)

Day 03: Drive to Bhalche (1850m)5- 7 hrs drive

Day 04: Trek to Rupchet (3850m)5- 6 hrs

Day 05: Trek via Singla Pass (4200m) to Chalish Gaon – (1875m) 6- 7 hrs

Day 06: Trek to Neber Gaon – (2020m) 4- 5 hrs

Day 07: Trek to Lapa Gaon – (1850m)4- 5 hrs 

Day 08: Trek to Ri Gaon (1550m)4- 5 hrs 

Day 09 : Tre to Phulkharka (1210m)4-5 hrs

Day 10 : Trek to Jyamrung Durbar / Danda(1550m) 6 hrs

Day 11 : Trek to Dhading Besi and drive back to Kathmandu(1310m) 3-4 hrs

Day 12 : Departure 

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m/4264ft)
One of our representatives from HSA will welcome us from the airport and take us to our hotel for an overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing(4 -6hr)
Day tour of Kathmandu city, after breakfast in the morning you will proceed on to Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu/Patan Durbar Square, and Swayambhunath Stupa. Swayambhunath is a Buddhist Stupa said to be more than 2000 years old, perched on a hillock 77 meters above the valley floor and offering a bird’s eye view of Kathmandu City. We will tour Patan, a beautiful artistic city abundant with culture and traditions in the afternoon. Stay overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive to Bhalche – (1850m) – 6-7 hrs drive
Drive to Bhalche Gaon on a local bus or book a private cab from Kathmandu. Passing through green sceneries, Trishuli Bazaar, and Betrawati we reach Bhalche Gaon which is also a gateway to the Langtang Valley. Spend a night at Bhalche Gaon.

Day 04: Trek to Rupchet – (3850m) – 6 hrs walk
After breakfast, ascend uphill and witness awesome views from the back of Bhalche village and continue forward passing through the forests. Upon arrival in Thulo Kharka, take a break for lunch before continuing your trek to Rupchet. This picturesque campsite offers stunning views of the surrounding hillsides and Yak huts. You’ll also be able to witness the beauty of the mysterious periphery views. It’s truly a magical experience. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 05: Trek via Singla Pass (4200m) to Chalish Gaon – (1875m) – 6/7 hrs
After breakfast, trek to the hilltop near Singla Pass and witness panoramic views of Langtang, Ganesh, and a few Annapurna ranges. Walking through the tropical jungle, rhododendron, and pine forest and passing through Kharkas (cows, sheep, and goats), and descending to reach Shertung gaon. Lljyang waterfall and its surrounding landscape are extraordinary views of the day. During the trek, we will make a quick visit to Phyanchyat monastery before arriving at the picturesque Shertung village. The village is mainly inhabited by the Tamang community who have a rich culture and tradition. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 06: Trek to Neber Gaon – (2020m) 5 hrs
Arrive at the beautiful hospitality village Chalish after taking breakfast. Trek continues to Tatopani where you can soak yourself and ease heals and pains in a hot spring and have your lunch. This hot spring is considered one of the best in the area, but unfortunately, the tourist infrastructure has not yet developed. It is recommended to bring a packed lunch from either Shertung village or Chalish village. After lunch, continue trekking up to the pristine Tamang village of Neber. From the village, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Ganesh Himal, as if it were right in front of you. Experience village life by staying with the locals in their traditional houses. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 07: Trek to Lapa Gaon (1850m) 5 hrs 
After breakfast, begin the trek to Timla Pass, which takes about 2 hours of walking uphill. From the pass, enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the massive Ganesh Himal ranges and Langtang Himal ranges, along with the best flora and fauna experience. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, making it one of the best days of the trek. After taking in the scenery, descend along a long trail that can be slightly slippery due to the stones to reach Lapchat gaon, a charming Gurung village with around 30 homes. Cross the Lapa Khola on a box bridge and continue uphill to reach the Tamang village of Lapa Gaon, which has at least two local guest houses. The villagers are currently building more lodges for the comfort of tourists. The guesthouses offer simple food and simple dormitory shelter, but it is good enough for a night’s stay. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 08: Trek to Ri Gaon – (1550m) 5 hrs
Take breakfast at the same place and then trek a bit downhill and right turn to Chyamchyat village. As we trek through the hilly terrain, the stunning views of the Jharlang area and Ankhu Khola gorge will surely captivate any tourist. We need to be careful while walking on this track. Along the way, we pass through picturesque villages and terraced fields until we reach Kutawal village, where we can stop for lunch. From there, we continue our trek to Ri Gaon. For accommodation, we can stay in local houses or community lodges that are being built by the locals to accommodate trekkers.

Day 09: Tre to Phulkharka – (1210m) 5 hrs
Today’s trek is relatively easy with a gentle trail passing through various Brahmin and Dalit villages, offering panoramic views of the paddy terraces and open valleys. Eventually, we will arrive at the Phulkharka village where we will have lunch en route. In the evening, we will have dinner and stay overnight in our tented camp.

Day 10: Trek to Jyamrung Durbar / Danda – (1550m) 6 hrs 
Today’s trek takes us along the Ankhu Khola River and through numerous villages, making for another interesting day of trekking. However, during the summer months, the low valley walk can be a bit hot. We will stop for lunch along the riverside in Ringne before continuing uphill to Jyamrung Durbar/Danda. This area is historically significant, as it is said that the king of Jyamrung used to live here. The views from this spot are breathtaking, with stunning sunrises and sunsets, as well as spectacular views of the Langtang, Ganesh, and Manaslu Himalayan ranges. Overnight at tented camp.

Day 11: Trek to Dhading Besi and drive back to Kathmandu(1310m) 3 hrs 
Wake up early to catch the sunrise view, have breakfast, and then start trekking towards Dhading Besi via Todke Danda while admiring the stunning surroundings. Take a break for lunch and then drive back to Kathmandu. Spend the night at a hotel.
