Chitwan National Park is one the most popular wildlife park in South Asia. It is the best park for those who dream to see wild animals, green forest and flat landscape of Nepal. This National park was declared UNESCO Natural Heritage Site in 1979.

Chitwan National Park is located in natural area in the Terai, the subtropical southern part of Nepal. A total of 68 species of mammals, 544 species of birds, 56 species of fauna and 126 species of fish have been recorded in the park.

The park is especially renowned for its protection of One Horned Rhinoceros, Royal Bengal Tiger and Gharial Crocodile. This park has covered around 932 Sq. Km area. It is 165 Km far from Kathmandu

Day 01: Kathmandu to Chitwan
Around at 6.30 in the morning we will Pick up from your hotel to take you to the bus station. You will travel to Chitwan National Park by tourist bus. After Arrival in Chitwan National Park. Check in and Lunch at hotel. After lunch, briefing by tour guide on the programs arranged. In the afternoon You will be bought to nearby ethnic Tharu Village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of the Tharus. Visit the National Park visitor’s center where you can learn more about the history of the National Park and about wildlife. You will have a sunset view tour from the bank of Rapti River.

Day 02: Chitwan National Park Day Tour
After breakfast in the morning Canoe ride along the Rapti river. An excellent opportunity for Bird Watching and for seeing the 2 rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the fish-eating Gharial. Plus Jungle walk and on the way back one can enjoy the elephant bathing. After lunch in the afternoon Elephant Safari. An excellent opportunity to see four different kinds of deer, rhino, wild boar, monkey, leopard, sloth bear, and the Royal Bengal Tiger (if you are lucky). You will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home.

Day 03: Chitwan to Kathmandu/Pokhara/Lumbini
After breakfast in the morning around 9:00, You will be dropped at Chitwan Tourist Bus Station to catch a bus going to Kathmandu/Pokhara/Lumbini.
