Payment of the Balance
The rest of the amount can be paid before a month of your arrival. If you choose to settle your holiday balance by credit card a handling charge of 4% on the outstanding balance is made.
Flight Cancellations or Delayed
Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure will not be responsible for your additional expenses incurred by flight delays or cancelation due to bad weather, particularly in Annapurna, Everest Region, Dolpa, Simikot, and Jumla. Hence, you are advised to carry Extra money for your additional stay and food.
Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure is to finance its community enhancement programs through the revenues generated by tourism. The proceeds from any HSA organized tour and trek go 10% directly to uplift the educational status of needy children of rural areas of Nepal through the Himalayan Community Project.

Last Minute Booking
We accept your last-minute booking for ONLY IN CASES OF NEPAL TRIPS, but LAST-MINUTE BOOKING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR BHUTAN AND TIBET TRIPS).
Refund Policy
30% Deposit will be made no refund in case of cancellation of the trip for any other reason but we are flexible to postpone your trip in any later days. Having paid full amount of any trip, 40% of total amount of the trip will be deducted if canceled one week before the trip. No refund will be given if clients don’t show up. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.
Supplement Charge
On our holiday tour/trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in a twin-sharing basis. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed on the clients who do not have another tour participant to share a room /tent with.
Incomplete Tour
Regrettably, No refund will be made if clients drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary or can’t be completed due to their own problem or sickness, or unfavorable weather.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If Trek/Tour can’t be organized as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters and unfavorable climate etc. Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure will refer you to an alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your interest, the Payment you have made to our company will be refunded as per company policy. But remember any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
Clients’ Responsible
A tour / trek guide who represents Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Limited deserves all authority during your tours/Treks.
Travel Insurance
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our clients.
Tour Amendment
To make alterations of any trek/tour itinerary, prior notice is requested. You’re advised to stay in touch with us. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so enroute under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.
Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
Our Liability
Our obligations and those of our suppliers providing any service or facility involved in any part of your travel are to take reasonable skill and care to arrange for the provision of such services and facilities and, where we or our supplier is actually providing the service or facility, to provide them with reasonable skill and care. Compliance with any applicable regulatory requirements (such as, for example, those of the Civil Aviation Authority) will be proper performance of our, and our suppliers’, obligations. You must show that reasonable skill and care has not been used, if you wish to make any claim against us.
Termination of your booking
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate your travel without notice ,If your behavior be such that it is likely in our opinion, to cause distress, damage, annoyance or danger to any other person. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be due to you.
Unused Services
No refund will be due to you in respect to the non-utilization of any part of the travel arrangements made for you, by Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Ltd.
Travel Insurance
It is a condition of the agreement between us that you take out adequate vacation and travel insurance against cancelation charges, unexpected curtailment of your vacation, medical expenses arising overseas including repatriation, loss or damage to luggage and personal liability claims against you.Fail to secure such travel insurance coverage prior to your Nepal Travel, then you accept full responsibility for yourself and all of the members of your party, and indemnify Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Ltd and our overseas travel agents and representatives (as applicable) for any and all costs that may arise, which would otherwise have been met, had such travel insurance been in force.
Complaints

If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, you should advise us within 30 days of the incident, in writing, by giving your detailed description of your complaint and other relevant information.
Please Note : If you do not follow our complaint procedure, we cannot accept responsibility for your complaint, as we would have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate the matter on your behalf, and where possible, help you to resolve the problem.
Applicable Law
Any contract or dispute between us are to be governed by and construed in accordance with Nepal law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kathmandu City, Nepal.
Effective Date
The effective date of this policy From January 1. 2024 and it replaces all prior privacy policies issued by Himalayan Sanctuary Adventure Private Ltd. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time.
